This card is where I discovered how much little bits of vellum can be a really good thing. I stamped the paisley background on some vellum and embossesd with white powder. I flipped the vellum over and stamped it again with the ballons and the shopping bag. You can find a better description of the technique here.
The new Mix and Match papers from Penny Black were used for this card. I really love working with the vibrant colors and they really are easy to "mix & match" them. You can buy them here . I will be back Monday so stay tuned. Will you be watching the Oscars? I know I will...enjoy! Kathy
