The stickles on the berries really made these cards pop and it's so quick & easy for a big effect. The reason I created these two cards for was to show how different this die can look as a "frame" or a boarder. The only difference is the sentiments and the owl perched on the fence below.
My opinion is that Spellbinders gives you the best bang for your buck in the crafting world. It's just my honest opinion . If you want to see how to create some layers with distress inks you can refer to this card. Have a great day! Hugs, Kathy

Kathy, your cards are wonderful! I love the colour combination on the first one - the blue sky against the browns in the background is so natural and beautiful. (Reminds me of the country - the richness of the tan/brown fields against a crisp and clear blue Fall sky.)

I love how you have made these appear very different. I do like the second one the best - think it's your trademark faux stitching around the edge & the narrow bordering. Love the shape of these - am without a die cutting machine at present but hope to decide on one at the Cardiff Craft Show end Sept.
