giveaway SSS october card kit

Hello Friends, How have you been??? Goodness...sorry it's been so long since my last post.  I think it's safe to say that by Halloween we will be in our new digs!! That overwhelming and exciting feeling is sinking in a big way :) 

This is Simon Say's Stamp October Card Kit and I am THRILLED TO SAY THAT

Each  month I delight in seeing what surprises await me in my Card Kit boxes. This month I was so excited to see another stamp set with this beautiful flower! (Kristina does an amazing job creating beautiful stamps for Simon) ! This large chipboard sentiment is worth every penny. I added black enamel accents to mine. Take note of this beautiful chipboard coaster that I cut in half to get make another card with it....you will see the other half in my next post. 

I had to show you the glossy enamel accents in all it's glory (that I covered the "Always" with). Did you notice how I used my white gel pen to make lines adding a detail to the petals?? Each seed in the middle of the flowers has a blob of glossy accents on it. 

The fun center of the flower I cut a few times cutting each a slightly different way to give me a variety of sizes to use as embellishments. I should mention that the stamped sentiment "& Forever" I used this die from Spellbinders to get the wonderful shape and lightly distressed it so the shape would stand out.
