I just had to create another layer skirt for this fashion gal like I did in this post here. I layered "Labels 8" to create a double frame with dimensional foam. I stamped the sentiments with aged mahogany on the outside of the frame and stitched the edge. The next layer is dry embossed. White dots for falling snow.
I listed the copic colors below that I used on her face, arms and legs. For the skirt I used a different color distress ink for each layer then applied icicle stickles.

Absolutely stunning card = love the layers, until you did the side view I had no idea you done that! Love creating your own background with stamps - a fave thing of mine to do.
