Spellbinder Paper Flowers

Hello Friends, I hope you had a wonderful weekend with lots of time to get creative. Today I have a card to share with a big and fluffy flower that was created with the "blossom" Spellbinder die.
KathyRacoosinFirstRound
I used all of my favorite things to design this card. Can you guess? A Penny Black stamp, Spellbinders and an SRM Sticker. I cut three Spellbinder blossom flowers in three different sizes out of white paper. Then I stamped the flowers with Penny Black's letter background and proceeded to distress them all.

Take your favorite scissors and begin to cut each petal on each flower many times, slightly bend your new thin petals up. Layer the flower and glue. So simple but, the flower really packs a punch on any card.

See the Spellbinder die in the inside? it's the same one on the outside of the card but, I cut the shape in half and turned it around to make a nice backdrop for the flower. I love the large sticker sentiment from SRM stickers.

Please email me with any questions. The count down for CHA is around the corner and I'm so excited. Have a great week! Hugs, Kathy

I'm always looking for "wow" elements that still fit easily into an envelope; your fringed flower definitely qualifies. And I love the rich colors.
