hero arts blog hop

Hello Friends, Welcome to the Hero Arts Catalog Blog Hop with the Hero Hostess, featuring fabulous stamps from the new 2014 release!!

It's always such fun to hop along with many stamping buddies from Hero Arts Hostess group. Today is DAY #1 of the hop. (Each day will feature different Hero Hostesses.)
f you have been following along, you've just arrived from my friend & Copic extraordinaireKelly Booth's BLOG

Hero Arts will be awarding prizes from randomly drawn comments. For a chance to win, simply comment on ANY of the stops along the hop on ANY day, including each day’s starting post at the Hero Club Blog.
The more comments you leave, the better your chance of winning!

If you find a broken link, you'll find a master list of the hop links at the
Hero Arts Club Blog
(please report broken links to: blog@heroarts.com)
Today I have three bird cards to share with you & a GIVEAWAY at the end of my post. This first card I combined two stamps & a few die cuts to create my nature scene. The flower stamp you can find here, the bird stamp here.  Copic markers, white dots and distress ink were a few of the details added to my card. I cut a slit in the beak & glued a portion of this die cut.
One of my favorite things to do is stamp or stencil a background.  In this card I did both using Hero Arts "Soft Sky" ink. The branch and sentiment are from this 4x6 clear set.
Two different color combos for the birds were fun to create. Using a white gel pen on the birds feathers & the beak can transform any bird.
The pictorial demonstrates a few of the details I used on the cards. Click on the photo for a larger view. If you have any questions please email me :)
My GIVEAWAY is everything you see in the photo above. (Hero Arts bird, Lawn Fawn acrylic grid block, white gel pen, Wink of Stella clear glitter pen & my card)

TO QUALIFY for my GIVEAWAY LEAVE ME A COMMENT with your email if you don't have a blog. I would be honored if you "follow" me or subscribe to my blog here. I will announce a random winner on Feb 7th.

Your next stop on the Hero Arts Hostess Blog Hop is the talented & so sweet Kryssi Ng's BLOG. THANKS for your visit today. Hugs, Kathy
